BEAUTY: Nailberry 50 Shades Grey Nail Polish

Its been a while since I did a nail post - I just haven't had time to even paint my nails lately but hopefully I will get back into the habit as I hate having bare nails. But as much as I hate having bare nails, having messy nails is so much worse - jagged cuticle lines drive me crazy.

Nailberry is a new brand for me but I love this colour and alot of the others that I've seen online. This one is called 50 shades and it is a really lovely grey. I have a huge collection although this is still quite different to any other colours I have. Its a deep grey with a pretty shimmer. They are quite pricey at around £13 but the bottle seems much bigger than usual and after reading up a bit on the site, I discovered that its free of Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP and Camphor. It is also cruelty free so that's really great.

The polish itself it a bit thin and drips off of the brush onto everything but it goes on well and dries so shiny - no top coat needed! I would love to try a few more colours from this brand after seeing a photo of their new SS15 white pastels collection launching!

FASHION: Superdry T-shirt From Loofes

Loofes Clothing recently got in touch and asked if I'd like to do a feature with them on my blog. They stock a whole range of great brands from Converse to Ted Baker in both mens and womenswear so I thought it'd make a change to pick something for Andrew this time - he always moans about taking my photos so it was nice to treat him to a new top and he can pose while I take the photos haha he wasn't very happy about having to be photographed but he loves a Superdry Tee so he agreed.

With Andrew, most of the time it's pretty easy - when it comes to t-shirts, it's either Hollister or Superdry and usually when it's Superdry, he likes it as bright as he can so I picked out this one with its bright orange and yellow logo. Good choice I'd say.

FASHION: What To Wear For Work

Dressing for work is much harder that I originally imagined. As I'm sure you might have heard (I've mentioned it enought times) I now have a job woo. I'm based in Tottenham Court Road with is such a great location to work. Theres always loads going on, people giving away free stuff in the street most days and Oxford circus is literally 2 minutes away - the only issue is that Tottenham Court Road station is currently closed. Luckily this is only going to be an issue until December but in the meantime, it means that I have to get off early and walk.

It's hardly an issue, I actually quite enjoy it - so much so that I usually power walk so I can get that tiny little bit of extra exerciser in. I soon started to understand why so many people get on the tube in the morning with trainers on.

Now, here was my issue. I really couldn't be bothered to carry around an extra pair of shoes all day to change into for traveling but I didn't want to look like stupid wearing sports trainers for work. I needed practicality that looked good too. Then I came across this Nike style and all my problems were solved. That are actually made as running shoes - the are super lightweight and cushioned but they look good too. I could actually get away as saying that I wore them just from a fashion point of view.

Here I have styled them with a super black outfit although the crop top still gives it that summery feel, I like it for its scalloped edges and the fact that it isn't a super short one. A flick of eyeliner and my black jeans are every day essentials, rain or shine and there's an typical work look!

GIVEAWAY: Sunglasses From Discounted Sunglasses

 Last year, my favourite sunglasses broke. They had thick, black frames and round lenses and I was so sad when they fell apart in my hand at a BBQ. I kind of forgot all about sunglasses for a while until it started getting sunny recently.
