When I got the first email from Oasis Drinks about the idea behind this post, I thought they were bonkers! But we like a little bit of bonkers every now and then so lets just roll with it. 

Oasis wanted to help UK festival goers out with some of their biggest bugbears! Obviously if your going to a festival here, then your going to expect rain so they have created a rain mac to help keep you dry, nothing weird there, right? Wrong. 

You may be wondering what is that odd thing on Andrews head? Well, not being content with only fixing one problem and deciding to poke some fun at modern day life, Oasis fitted this blue mighty  mac with a funnel, so not only will this nifty coat keep you dry, it'll collect rain ready for you to drink when you get thirsty. All you have to do is enjoy yourself in the rain and when your ready for a drink, just turn the sleeve tap on!

Pomegranates are something I don't really have much to do with. I've always wanted to try one but I never really knew what to do with one haha. You're meant to eat the seeds right? They are known to be the most powerful anti-oxidant of all fruits along with a whole load of other health benefits which probably explains whay I have been coming across more and more pomegranate products recently, last week it was face cream and today its method cleaning products.

method is a planet friendly company who create cleaning products, formulated with naturally derived, biodegradable ingredients. This February, they collaborated with the UK's leading food blogger, Deliciously Ella who created three recipes inspired by ingredients in the method range, pomegranate being one of those of course along with almonds and clementines.

So what did she come up with? Firstly a warming almond soup - that is my kinda lunch, I love a soup! Also a colourful, healthy pomegranate and buckwheat salad which just looks so pretty, fun bright colours in food is a must! Lastly, for dessert, she came up with a cool, refreshing clementine sorbet. Sounds like a lovely summery menu to me! You can check out her recipes here. I will definitely be giving the sorbet a go when it starts to get warmer!

BEAUTY: Barry M SS16 Daylight Curing Polish & Giveaway

I was lucky enough to pop into the Barry M SS16 showcase a couple of weeks ago to see what they are offerings up for Spring Summer!

They have a new range of Gellys and Speedy Dry colours but today I wanted to show you (and hopefully give one of you) the new Daylight Curing range. I posted about the last set they brought out here and here are the four new colours - All The Things She Red, Bug a Blue, Pinking Out Loud and Empire State of Mint. And rather than the usual pastel spring launches, they are all lovely bright colours ready to transition from now all the way until the summer.

I put on Bug A Blue on Sunday and have so many compliments on the colour it's unreal. Application was easy as per with the new Barry M brushes, they are shaped perfectly to the nail and have been a really good improvement if you ask me. They also seem to dry quite quickly which is always a plus.

These polishes are meant to be as good as a gel mani but without the lamp. You apply it like normal nail polish but must use the special daylight curing topcoat to get the full effect. I definitely got asked more than a few times if they were shellac just because of how shiny they are! I was very pleased with that. 

It seems the nothing ever lasts as long as a gel mani on me which is a shame, they did last longer than what I'm used to with a polish thought so I was still pretty impressed!

Hands up if you joined a gym as part of your new years resolution? I'm guessing most of you, myself included (well, I decided I was going to work out more) haha, it seems to be a popular one and after all the indulgence of Christmas I can totally see why, winter is for indulgence (fair, its too cold to eat salad) but summer is for short shorts and crop tops. I cant even handle stepping into a gym so started my resolution with a swim so I can imagine, three weeks in now and you're probably feeling a bit sick of the sight of the gym. Maybe its time to get outside and exercise in a more fun way? 
Apart from swimming, the sport I most enjoy is biking. I have never had my own bike but I love a good session with the exercise one in the garage! I've always said I would love to live in Central London and be able to commute by bike in the summer, getting my morning work out instead of sitting on a stuffy train!

FASHION: Suede Dress and Suede Boots + GIVEAWAY

Another maroon dress with a pair of black boots today - can you see something starting?! It is so strange that that description first both of my recent outfit posts but they are both totally different! The last one was very warm, comfy and daytime whereas this one is much more evening wear with a bag and jewellery!

Maroon red tones are my favourite when it starts to get cold and I am a huge fan of the shift dress. I am also always looking for an excuse to wear these boots - I will wear them to work one day - I just need to work out how I am going to do it haha but for now, I think they look great paired with the suedette dress. I added a few accessories today which is a little bit different for me. Firstly, my lovely little Kate Spade bag that Andrew got for me! It is a bit small but perfect when I know I dont need to be carrying everything around with me.

My second accessory here is my new gold bracelet. When I saw it online, I thought it was so quirky but still keeping its class which is rare. I loved it so much that the brand have offered to get me have a second one to giveaway to one of my readers here on my blog so make sure you enter the widget at the end of the post!

GIVEAWAY: Popchips Mature Cheddar and Onion

Sitting at my desk munching my way through a bag of crisps after lunch is not something I do often but definitely something I crave every now and then! I love crisps but for me they really are a guilty pleasure and I try not to eat them too often compared to my brothers who get through a 6 pack each per week.
Today I needed a bag of crisps. But this time, they arent so guilty as they are a bag of Popchips new Mature Cheddar and Onion flavour. I actually love Popchips (especially their sour cream and onion and salt and vinegar flavours) for their crunch and texture but the fact that they are only 95 calories and less than half the fat definitely helps!

GIVEAWAY: The Body Shop, Smoky Poppy Range

Most of my recent products from The Body Shop have been all about mousturising and exfoliation and I seemed to forget that they also do a whole load of lovely bath and shower shuff as part of each collection!

 The Smoky Poppy collection jumps out at me firstly for its dark packaging with a hit of red.The scent is quite similar being quite dark, musky and sensual. Here I have the shower gel, the body lotion and the bath bombs. The shower gels, as always, with the body shop are a great quality. This one is actually black which is unusual but its thick and lucious and it smells great so that certainly isnt a problem! The bath bombs are little semi-spheres which are super powdery but super cute!

 Last year, my favourite sunglasses broke. They had thick, black frames and round lenses and I was so sad when they fell apart in my hand at a BBQ. FASHION: Motel Rocks Tiara Babydoll Dress in Sun Moon Stars And WAMO Giveaway

Wamo is a new app that I have been really enjoying using lately. You create lists of all sorts of things from clothes, beauty items, technology ect. Each item you put in a list, you can then tag saying that love, hate, want or need them. They also run daily competitions with big brands to win the items you love - all you usually have to do it add an item from their store into one of your lists - simple as. 

I added this Motel Rocks dress to my need list last week so when the guys at WAMO got in touch with me and offered to have me pick something from one of my lists, this was my first call. This is one of Motels' best ever dresses in my opinion and I'd say alot of people agree because its stayed in they range online and in Topshop for ages. I bought the sunflower version in the summer and I loved wearing it so much that I have wanted a more wintery version for months. The material is light and floaty and it has a cute tie up detail at the back.

FASHION: Gig Style + GIVEAWAY

  I was recently contacted to see what kind of gig I like to go to and what sort of things I wear for them! They sent me a Ticketmaster gift card and a clothes voucher to get me started and have also offered me on of each for one of my readers so make sure to enter the raffelcopter for a chance to win some for yourself!

Now, I may have grown out of my Emo phase but it's still my music of choice and I still love to go back to my old style every now and again so I am waiting for a band that I love to pop up on the ticket master website, hopefully playing at the roundhouse, that was always my favourite place for a rock gig - pushing your way to the front, dirty, sweaty and very loud and crazy. I think the last time I went it was to a concert like that was to see Sum 41 with Andrew when my hair was green, that must have been a while ago ahah I've just spotted PATD are touring but I'm hoping for something like the blackout (again) or YMAS (again haha) or someone new for me like Enter Shikari or Hawthorne Heights! When I asked Andrew what he though, he said we should go to see Miley Cyrus or Katy Perry which was a surprise haha I would actually love to go see Miley <3

Anyway this is what my style was like what back and that sort of thing that I'd wear. I've started getting a bit back into it recently!
