Last week I was lucky enough to go along to the Motel Rocks party which was held at the Far Rockaway in Shoreditch! There were rails and rails of new Motel clothes which were amazing as usual, lots of sparkles, satins and lurex, lots of textures and pretty shapes as well! After a look through them all we spent the night getting our nails done and our tarot cards read, eating sweets and yummy pizza and drinking lots and lots of champagne provided my Friexinet which would explain my lack of good photos! So here's a few snapshots from my night!

On Friday I was invited down to Brighton along with some other bloggers to meet up with one of the companies I work very closely with - Propellernet!! I got there two hours early, as usual, but it was fine this time as it gave me a nice bit of time to have a wander around on my own, I even found a Boost juice bar so I was sorted for a little while, they are my favourite things ever! After a look around the shops, I took a leisurely walk along the sea front and soon arrived at the Hotel Du Vin, (still early) I took this time to chat to the girls about my trip the Thailand over some prosecco! They gave me loads of great advice!!

As the other bloggers started arriving, we all sat down around the huge table for a lovely lunch, they had put on a great spread and kept all of our glasses topped up whilst we got into a huge discussion about what we predict for blogging, 2015 trends and all those things that bloggers hate like silly emails starting "Dear Blogger..." It was very interesting and I learnt alot about how everyone else works which I really appreciated!!

After that we were sent out to explore Brighton on a treasure hunt. I paired up with Laura (She was on the #ActiveHen weekend with me) and luckily for me, she's from Brighton and got us to each location without even looking a the map, she was greaatt!! Brighton is actually the loveliest little place and we were so lucky with the weather, I had the best time just wandering though the lanes. The treasure hunt was super exiting too - getting to the next shop and seeing what they had for us!! We ended up with a super cute little cupcake from Brighton's answer to the hummingbird bakery, a vintage leather clutch from Beyond Retro, a bag of goodies from the local salon, a box of sweets from Cyber candy, some fro yo (perfect for the weather) and a few other bits and pieces!!

After all that work we met up with everyone at Dirty Blondes for an evening of champagne and cocktails! I had loads of fun and cant wait to now get back to Brighton with Andrew! After that, I headed back to London and met my friends in Shoreditch for a bar crawl, it was a crazy day but I had the best time haha!

On Monday, I decided that I was going to stay in all day and night and prepare my stuff for Thailand, well half of that went straight out of the window when I received in invite to The Underground Cookery School that night for a summery cookery lesson followed by dinner and drinks! How could I seriously turn that down?! Especially after I was sent the menu which looked amazing!

Starter - Salad of Sea Bass, fresh Pea & Mint with Lemon Dressing

Main - Roast Breast of Chicken with Salsa Verde, Broad Beans & Jersey Royals

Dessert - Strawberry Meringue Roulade

"Everyone is encouraged to have a laugh and get hands-on at their own pace, with our team there to make sure there’s not too much burning or curdling going on. That way when your meal is served, it’s to a very good brasserie level."

I arrived at The Underground Cookery School that evening to find that it actually was underground (lol) A huge kitchen plus a lovely big wooden table all set up with cutlery and glasses. Obviously, we started the night with a glass of Prosecco and lots of canapés that the chefs had prepared for us!

After getting a little bit drunk we were split into two groups and made a start on the meringue for our desserts. Next up my group got to learn how to fillet a fish, we also got to learn how to de-breast a chicken - two things that have never though about doing before but and now very pleased to be able to say I have done #ProudMoment haha. After all that hard preparation work and drinking lots of prosecco, we all sat down to eat the meal we had prepared and the chefs had cooked, definitely glad we weren't left to actually cook the food hahah

The meal itself was super yummy and I enjoyed all three courses, the dessert the most of course!

Last Thursday I was invited to spend the night at Concrete with the guys from CostaBingo for a game of musical bingo. I had a crazy day which included 3 interviews across London so it was a nice way to end a busy day and finally relax after spending the day running around.

Musical bingo at concrete is a little different from normal bingo at gala - the game is like normal bingo but instead of numbers, your looking for songs oh and the its encouraged to be loud and crazy unlike normal bingo - I once was thrown out of our local gala because my friends were being too loud and crazy haha.

Costa bingo were great and supplied us with pizza and endless bottles of procecco which we all had alot of fun with, by the end of the night we were all up dancing on the tables and covered in lipstick (that was just me, somebody was a little too excited about the new lipstick that she had picked up at the Illamasqua event the night before!! *cough cough* Jayne) and although I didn't recognise any of the songs, I still had a great night and met some lovely girls!
