Would You Let Me See Beneath Your Beautiful?

Wednesday, 7 November 2012

This post's name is because the song was playing on the radio when I was thinking of a title, I was hoping it would go with the theme of the post but when I thought about it I realised its the complete opposite. This post is about alot of hair and lots of make up.

Over the past two days, I realised how big a part of my life this blog has become, I didnt have time to post for two days (ill explain) and it was all i could think about. Well, I'm back now and very excited to tell you what was so important that I didn't have time for my beloved blog!!

My friend Natasha is an apprentice at Charles Worthington, Holborn.
She needed a model for their annual apprentice hair show in front of Charles himself! Very exciting. She dyed my hair a little bit darker and added caramel highlights. That was the easy bit. Yesterdsay I went down to the salon at 2.30 and left at 7.30 for the show. Take a look at my hair and outfit below which was all left up to Tasha to choose. I think she did great!

What do you think?

Shoes - Fashion Union
Disco Pants - River Island
Blazer - No idea (sorryy)
The second part of this post is make up - Fake Eyelashes to be exact.
Yey :)
I'm getting more and more adventerous with them (as you will see in two near future posts I have lined up)
These, I think are lovley, a little bit more outragous than the plain ones but still perfectly acceptable for a normal, pretty, everyday look.

Lashes - £4 - Stargazer
Dress - Motel Rocks

Winters Coming

Sunday, 4 November 2012

Everyone loves a band new pair of converse, the white is just so clean and bright, but I know it wont last long as these are the most useful pair of shoes I've ever owned, they by far, get the most use.

I got them from Cloggs, An online shoes store selling all the big brands. It was so easy, ordering them online meant I could stay in bed instead of getting a train to westfield and they came within a few days which was great!

I wore my new converse with my orange jumper which is one of my very important winter staple (along with the green one I wore a few posts ago) This is becuase its very warm for winter but it isnt just another boring jumper.

What are your winter staples?

Converse* - Cloggs
Jumper - River Island
Jeans - Primark

The Sun Was In My Eyes hhaha

That Boy Is A Monster

Friday, 2 November 2012

I am so inspried by Lady Gaga today. I think its the shoess! I was sent these AMAZING monsterous shoes from SpyLoveBuy and I am crazy in love with them, they my favourite shoes ever!

When I saw them on the website I went a little bit crazy, you see I have been lusting after the UNIF versions for months but they are $260, these are £39.95 and look near enough the same, althought I think im still going to save up for either the blue the bright pink ones.. or both.. uh-ho

Since my last post went down so well with many of you saying you'd never put a girly dress with big black shoes, I thought I might try it again, and I'm really liking the outcome!

What do you think this time?

Dress - OhMyLove
Shoes - SpyLoveBuy*
Eyelashes - Stargazer (got a whole other post for that!)

Make Up Review + Giveaway Winners

Thursday, 1 November 2012

I've never heard of W7* before, but after trying out their products I was very impressed!

I tested
The Eye Shadow
The Eye Liner
the Mascara
The Lash Shaping Gel

The EyeShadow - Lovley colour, it had little shimmery bits that sparkeld in the light which I love. This is the first time in my life I have used eye shadow and it seems to have went on well, I didnt find it too hard

The EyeLiner - Very good! Water prood and easy to drag along the eyelid, lots of liquid at a great consistancy so didn't run out half way though the stroke

The Mascara  - huge wand, very good results, long eyelashes - the photo only shows after one coat so imagine after a few more!

The Lash Shaping Gel -  used it to brush out all the lashes it removed clumps and seperated them, a very useful product.

Both of my giveaways finished over the last couple of days!

The winner of the 150 - 200 follower giveaway is Sarah @ Ups & Downs, Smiles & Frowns

The Winner of the Jewellery giveaway is Alex Newman!!!
