EVENT: A Night At The Fair

You guys remember my friend Georgia? She came to a couple of blogger events with me a few months back which featured on my blog and we got absolutely wasted - cocktail class then into a launch party. Haha well it seems that she has become my blogger buddy for events, when's she's not travelling the world that is. She was back this week, just back from Thailand and off to Rotterdam on Monday. I had a little event so I thought why not bring her along. 

I met her at Mile End station along with some other bloggers and we made our way to Victoria park where they were holding a fun fair. It was quite surreal really, firstly it was very quite as it was a bit of a strange time, just before the evening rush I guess and secondly it was just any old fun fair, it was like a vintage one. We were each given a load of giant old penny things and played around in the arcade for a while. We had one of those creepy laughing clowns in a glass box thing and loads of fortune telling machines and slot machines. 

After a good while in there we ventured out past the carousels and down to the bumper cars. Being a good blogger, I thought I'll let Georgia drive and I'll take photos. Bad idea. She's a nut case haha and having Sherin there was not much help either! They spent 10 minutes driving at each other head on while I sat there screaming.  

Next up we had a go at the shooting games an then off to the pub!

OOTD: Red Midi & Demi Wedge

Hey guys!

 I don't know if it has come across to you (maybe in my lack of posing on here) that since I've been back home from my amazing cruise, I have been totally unmotivated to do anything, including blogging. I'm not sure why but I'm working hard to get back into the swing of things.

As I was looking though my folders of outfit photos I came across these and for some reason I thought they were hilarious, no idea why but I they just made me laugh, maybe some of the poses paired with the super funky sunnies haha and I love the ones with Molly as well, So there was that little kick start that I needed to get me back into posting. 

I probably wouldn't wear this outfit with sunglasses because if it is hot enough for sunnies, then it's definitely too hot for a midi. But I love the shoes with the dress, both the style and the two colours work really well together I think!

CATCH UP: Holiday

So I was thinking about how best post about my holiday and I decided that since I was uploading and tweeting everyday whilst I was away, I'm just going to post a few photos up here leave it at that! I just used Andrews phone most days so they're basically just holiday snaps with a couple outfit photos thrown in. 

For those of you who don't know, me, Andrew, my family and my mums friends family went on a two week cruise around Italy, Greece and Turkey. It was amazing, super hot and so nice to relax. Everyday we got off and explored a different city so we saw a lot of new places! And when we were back on the ship we spent most of our time eating! By the end of the cruise everyone was eating 6-7 courses for dinner and Andrew was having 3 mains hahah as well as that we obviously had breakfast and lunch as well as poolside pizza and ice cream, the occasional afternoon tea and 5am burgers to our room after a messy night out in Mykonos. 

Overall a very fun holiday! :)

Product Review: Sranrom Body Cream

Hey Guys!

Sorry I didn't prepare any posts for you or post while I was away but I didn't have any wifi out in the middle of the ocean haha or the time to prepare 2 weeks worth of posts before. It was a lovely break from everything and really great to relax and not think about anything! 

As soon as I go back to work tomorrow (sob) I will be getting slowly back into routine.

This post has been sitting in my drafts for ages and as I'm not quite back into the swing of things yet and I haven't posted for ages, this is the perfect time to finally post this one!

I am completely not a product kind of person but when I went to a recent (or not to recent) press day and was given this, I was happy to try it out because it just smelt amazing. You may remember seeing this product in a recent (or not so recent) haul. It is actually a body cream but I've only used on my hands so far and it's made them super soft.  Since starting work nail bar I've seen how often people use hand cream, and I was intrigued to try it out myself. 

A strong smell of Orange is one of my favourite ever smells and I love that this smells exactly like that, fresh, fruity and very citrusy.  It is made with tangy extracts from Tangerines, Mandarins, Lemons and Limes and is part of the Happy Moments collections which is said to trigger happiness and brighten skin.

LIFESTYLE: Ajala Spa & Missguided

Let me just tell you about my amazing day yesterday! If you follow me on Twitter, you will already know all about it as I was tweeting as much as possible, which is very little considering I have used up 80% of my data in the first week of having a new phone. I was running from one wifi hotspot to another!

The first of my visits was to The Ajala Spa at the St Pauls Grange Hotel, I had a spa appointment which is always very exciting, it was a lovely way to wind down and pamper before going away this week! The spa itself was amazing, so calm, the therapist was great - very professional. I had a full body exfoliation scrub, and then was given time to have a relaxing bath or shower! After that I was feeling great and ready to move on you my next event when they told me about their relaxation room, of course I spent a little more time at the spa before rushing off! I made myself a peppermint tea, took a banana and sat on the little bed with the hotel's wifi, heaven!! 











But as soon as I came out of the hotel, it was back into blogger mode, I hopped back on the underground and made my way to the Missguided press day! You guys are in for a treat with Missguided this christmas, they are bringing out the most amazing clothes, their in house team have designed their own range of cut out boots which were perfect. As for the clothes, There were four main ranges to look forward to - punk, sports luxe, global warrior and new romance and then of course they have lots of glitter for christmas time too. Two things in particular stood out for me, the aztec emboridered shorts set (which will look great with a pair of black boots) and an amazing white glitter playsuit! I cant wait for it all to be released!!! i can see already im going to be getting alot of my xmas party clothes there!

Annoyingly I forgot my camera, so all of these images are from my phone, hope theyre ok :)
