REVIEW: EGOprofessional Straighteners
I straighten my hair a little different to most people. Firstly I use only the straighteners and a brush to brush it all together afterwards. I know maybe I should be using a heat spray but other than that I don't like putting all these different products in my hair.
The second reason why I am different is my technique. I don't have one haha I just keep grabbing chunks of hair until its all straight. It’s just the way I have always done it and the only way I know, I don't have the time or skill for layering, I just want my hair straight as quickly as possible.
If you read my blog you will probably be able to see that I don't really straighten my hair that much any more. When I was younger I wouldn't go out with my natural hair. I would have my blonde fringe dyed all different colours - Green, Blue, Pink and dead straight, but I went on holiday one year and didn't take the straighteners (I have an OCD problem with checking their off and didn't want it to ruin my holiday) but I actually liked how my hair looked naturally, That was over two years ago.
This is the first time I've straightened my hair in forever and although it isn't totally straight - probably due to my technique - I love how it looks! The straighteners I have used here are EGO professional 1” wide irons (with A brush from The Bristle Brush Company) and I thought they worked very well and they heated up nice and fast.
As you can see that came in a sleek black box and have a great obmré style. The have an easy on/off switch and a temperature dial for changing the heat plus they come with a 1 year warranty.
What do you think of me with straight hair?
really suits you!
