Hands up if you joined a gym as part of your new years resolution? I'm guessing most of you, myself included (well, I decided I was going to work out more) haha, it seems to be a popular one and after all the indulgence of Christmas I can totally see why, winter is for indulgence (fair, its too cold to eat salad) but summer is for short shorts and crop tops. getting my morning work out instead of sitting on a stuffy train!
