LIFESTYLE: Technology Sleep Tips

After this recent post, I think its a well known fact here on my blog that I have issues sleeping. Its not the insomnia sort of issues, I'm perfectly fine to get to sleep at Andrews house but with my useless blinds and the fact that I can hear everything else going on in the house from my bedroom, its alot harder to fall asleep in my own bed.

So of course when anyone comes to me with tips or tricks, I am always willing to give it a try, I still use the lavendar spray from that last challenge every night!  After reading through this cute little infographic I'm thinking a sleep app might be a good idea - Meditation and relaxing music sounds good to me!
