LIFESTYLE: British Pudding Egg Nest From Montezumas
Whilst I was on my food tour last week, I spotted a cheeky little chocolate
shop in Spitalfields market called
Montezumas. I had seen them online before but didn't realise there was a shop as
well! I am a huge chocolate addict as you may know and at the moment I am working
my way though the many Easter eggs in my room. I'm on number 5 at the moment, but don't
worry, there's still time to reach a new personal best! (That's more than 28
btw)
Today, I wanted to show you this British pudding egg next from them! You get
6 life size chocolate eggs, which I love haha how cute are they?! And like real
life egg sized!! They are each a different flavour - all themed with a British
classis dessert - Apple Crumble, Lemon Meringue, Eton Mess, Treacle Tart,
Spotted Dick & Summer Pudding.
They don't seem to be labelled each but I tried one and could
instantly tell it was the Eton mess egg.
Firstly, it smelt like Eton mess and secondly
there were bits of meringue and strawberries in it - you might be able to spot
the egg with a cheeky bite missing - oops haha. I'm looking forward to trying and guessing all the others on my next chocolate crave haha I'm sure it wont be long!
These look so good! I've eaten two easter eggs so far- which is two more than I have in the last eleven years, I'm on a roll! xx
